DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCTS AND TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

From the technical viewpoint, the delivery of our news services is not bound to any concrete hardware or software platform. After consultations with your experts we will deliver information to any environment.
SITA distributes its products exclusively in electronic form through the following distribution channels:

Online text news service:

• through its www page
• creating client access to the ftp server of SITA
• the client receives the news service and it is subsequently converted to required format NEWSML (XML), IPTC, HTML, ASCII, 602, TXT...) using the applicationNewsAgent
• downloading the news service from the NewsML (XML) server
• replication of a Lotus Notes database
• by e-mail

Audio News:

• through a www page
• by e-mail

Other Products - media monitoring, analyses, Slovak a.m. products series, and SITA Special series:

• by e-mail
• creating a special web page accessible only to a concrete client

TThese products are created in a format specified by the client. Standard formats are MS WORD (doc) and Adobe Acrobat (pdf).
